i was feeling rather sad during band yesterday.
mstan has left. i felt kinda bad.
she is a nice conductor.
oh wells. human nature.
humans never know how to treasure what they have until they lost it.
life goes on no matter what.
so hope for the best for her.

well. never guessed what i did this morning.
i ran the singapore marathon!!
err. actually not really to be exact.
rather i ran the mini marathon of a mere 10km compared to the full marathon of 42.125km.
hmm. maybe not really a mere 10km.
because i ran like shit. it took me about an hour plus.
it a good record. at least to me lahs. (:
and there was a medal and a certificate to prove. beams.
i guess i will be going for next year's marathon.
take on the challenge again for the 10km mini marathon.
so, any takers?
maybe i can break records next round. wishful thinking.

anyways. i have been reading The Da Vinci Code.
i admit im slow. i bet two-thirds of Singapore has already read this book.
but im reading it already rights?
its really mind-intriguing. with secret codes and mathematics calculations.
no wonder its the #1 Bestseller in New York Times and Singapore.
another wonder, Hollywood is taking the book to the screens.
with Tom Hanks as Robert Langdon. quite unexpected.
but nonetheless, it inspires me to admire Da Vinci's Mona Lisa.
interesting infomation derived. surprises at every end of chapters.
i dont mind reading again after i have finished.
considering the fact that i dont read the same book twice. (:
